How scared is Obama about not having a Legacy to put on exhibit anywhere, let alone a desired building dedicated to his believed greatness and many envisioned accomplishments? Well, he is so concerned, reportedly, he recently used that ‘red phone,’ you know, the ‘nuclear one,’ to warn Putin to not meddle in our election. However, the news source on this story is not so credible anymore. It was his good buddies at NBC News who happened to report it when he needed it reported on December 19^th and that ‘important’ call was supposedly made on October 31^st! Interesting.

OBAMA’S LEGACY OF RECORD SETTING

‘101 Unfunded Mandates And Counting’ is the title of a report from Sam Batkins, the director of regulatory policy at the American Action Forum, from which I quote, “The Obama Administration has set several notable records in the regulatory world: 600 major regulations and counting, more than 10 billion hours of federal paperwork, and the costliest single year in regulation in recent history. It’s time for another record: 101 unfunded regulatory mandates imposed on states, local governments, and businesses. From 1996 to 2008, since the inception of the Unfunded Mandates Reform Act (UMRA), which establishes a regulatory procedure for these federal mandates, there were only 88. Broadly, an unfunded mandate is defined as a regulation, without explicit Congressional consent or adequate federal funding, which may displace state or local priorities. When Obama couldn’t win support for his legislation, he relied on executive orders that could, and almost certainly will, be reversed by President Trump, everything from immigration reform to reducing carbon emissions. 3. Has close ties to Wall St., but pretends to support Occupy Wall St.
4. Nominated a six-time tax cheater to head the government agency that enforces the tax laws
5. Gave tax dollars to AIG executives, then pretended to be outraged about it
6. Supported the $700 billion TARP corporate-welfare bailout just like Bush
7. Waged the biggest war against medical marijuana of any president, which was the opposite of what he had promised
8. Carried out military interventionism in Libya without Congressional approval
9. Negotiation with Iran is Worst Deal in American history!
10. Stole money from retired teachers and police officers deferring GM ownership to union pals
11. In 2010, Obama supported releasing convicted mass murderer Lockerbie bomber Abdel Baset al-Megrahi
12. Illegally put thousands of guns into hands of criminals In Operation Fast and Furious,
13. Fired Inspector General Gerald Walpin for discovering that Obama’s friend had embezzled government
14. Lied about putting health care negotiations on C-SPAN

34. Tried to silence a Jewish singing group’s video on YouTube
35. Avoids firing aides who owe back taxes

149. Falsely said the NSA review was being conducted by an “independent” body

151. Gave illegal EPA exemption to one oil refinery, and would not say which refinery it was
152. Created new fines for charitable hospitals that give treatment to uninsured people
153. Blamed poverty on zip codes instead of on behavior
154. Nominated a telecommunications lobbyist and Obama fundraiser to head the FCC
155. Tried to violate defendants’ right to a fair trial
156. Threatened internet service providers with contempt of court if they did not install surveillance software

Let me leave you with an interesting poll that my favorite TV news commentator on Fox Business News (FBN), did. Lou Dobbs asked the question, ‘Will Pres Obama go down as the worst president in history? His responses were Yes: 88%, and No: 12%. Now that is a legacy.
